My luck finding The Queen of Attolia at the major booksellers has been a bust (such as B&N, who kept canceling it on me). I’m thinking maybe indie bookstores is my next move. (Putting on my detective cap…)

Oh, I’m just about to start Daughter of the Forest on rec by Angie. I’m excited because I loved Marillier’s Bridei Chronicles and Angie says this series is even better. I hope you get a chance to read it. I’d love to hear what you think.

And Kim, thanks for bringing up The Queen of Attolia. I’ve been wanting to read that one too and keep forgetting. Guess its not getting top shelf at the bookstores. All the more reason to search it out.

Her Fearful Symmetry is on my To Be Read list, too. But first, I want to read The Queen of Attolia and The King of Attolia. Though at the moment, I only have King, and The Thief – which I read last year and loved! Queen, for some reason, has proven quite elusive to procure.)
