A one-hour event to be held on Friday, October 15, the summit will feature speakers discussing global market trends, category innovation, post-harvest research and extension technology. the length of the conversation.

The webinar will also include a panel discussion on advancements and changes in the grape supply chain with Garland Perkins, Senior Director of Knowledge and Innovation at Oppy; Jose Monasterio, quality and post-harvest manager at Frusan; and Nico Tomicic, director of business development at Hazel Technologies, Inc .; led by Pat Flynn, co-founder and CMO at Hazel Technologies, Inc.
The opening speeches will present global market information for the table grape category and highlight the latest research on the postharvest quality of fresh table grapes, including maintaining stem quality, preventing dehydration and the guarantee of an optimal long-distance transit. In addition, speakers will discuss new grape quality technology which has been tested by international growers and research organizations on black, red and green varieties.
